FLONIFY SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT

1. Introduction

At FLONIFY, we are committed to ethical, sustainable, and responsible business practices across our supply chain. This Supplier Code of Conduct sets forth the minimum standards that all suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and business partners must adhere to when working with FLONIFY.

By engaging with FLONIFY, suppliers agree to uphold these principles in all business operations, manufacturing processes, and labor practices.


2. Compliance with Legal & Regulatory Standards

Suppliers must fully comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

Labor Laws – Compliance with fair wages, safe working conditions, and human rights protections.
Environmental Regulations – Reducing emissions, proper waste disposal, and sustainable resource usage.
Product Safety & Quality Standards – Ensuring all goods meet legal and regulatory safety requirements.
Anti-Corruption & Fair Trade – Upholding ethical business dealings and avoiding bribery, fraud, and misconduct.

Failure to comply may result in termination of business relationships and legal action where applicable.


3. Ethical Labor & Human Rights

FLONIFY upholds a zero-tolerance policy for labor exploitation. Suppliers must:

🚫 Prohibit Forced Labor & Human Trafficking – All work must be voluntary. Suppliers must not engage in bonded labor, prison labor, or any form of involuntary employment.
🚫 Ban Child Labor – No worker under the age of 16 is permitted. Employees under 18 must not be exposed to hazardous conditions.
Respect Worker Rights – Suppliers must honor freedom of association and collective bargaining rights.
Fair Wages & Benefits – Employees must receive at least the local legal minimum wage and be compensated fairly for overtime.
Safe Working Conditions – Facilities must maintain hygienic, secure, and injury-free environments with proper protective equipment.
🚫 No Harassment or Discrimination – Suppliers must provide equal opportunities regardless of gender, race, age, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.

FLONIFY actively audits suppliers for compliance and requires transparent labor reporting.


4. Workplace Safety & Health

All suppliers must provide:

Safe & Hygienic Work Environments – Facilities must comply with OSHA-equivalent standards to prevent workplace accidents.
Emergency Preparedness – Clearly marked fire exits, first aid kits, and evacuation procedures must be in place.
Training & Education – Employees must be trained in safety protocols, machinery usage, and handling of hazardous materials.

Failure to maintain safe working conditions will result in supplier contract review and potential termination.


5. Environmental Sustainability

FLONIFY is committed to minimizing environmental impact. All suppliers must:

🌱 Reduce Carbon Footprint – Implement energy-efficient manufacturing and minimize emissions.
🌱 Sustainable Materials & Waste Reduction – Use eco-friendly raw materials and reduce textile waste.
🌱 Water & Chemical Management – Ensure responsible use of water, dyes, and chemicals in production.
🌱 Comply with Environmental Laws – Meet local and international sustainability regulations.

FLONIFY prioritizes partnerships with suppliers who actively invest in green practices.


6. Responsible Sourcing & Supply Chain Transparency

Suppliers must:

Source Raw Materials Ethically – Ensure responsible sourcing of cotton, wool, leather, and other materials.
Monitor Subcontractors – No production should be subcontracted without FLONIFY’s approval.
Prevent Unauthorized Factories – All facilities must be declared and inspected.
Provide Supply Chain Traceability – Maintain transparent records of sourcing origins, labor conditions, and compliance measures.

FLONIFY conducts supply chain audits to ensure adherence to ethical sourcing standards.


7. Business Integrity & Fair Trade

Suppliers must operate with honesty, integrity, and accountability.

🚫 No Bribery or Corruption – Suppliers must not engage in bribery, fraud, money laundering, or illegal trade practices.
🚫 No Conflict of Interest – Business decisions must not be influenced by personal relationships or financial gain.
Fair Competition & Trade Practices – Suppliers must adhere to global fair-trade policies.
Data & Intellectual Property Protection – Confidential information must be safeguarded and not disclosed to unauthorized parties.

Any violation of ethical business practices will result in termination of contracts and legal consequences.


8. Monitoring, Audits & Compliance

FLONIFY reserves the right to:

📌 Conduct Unannounced Supplier Audits – Inspect facilities, labor practices, and product safety.
📌 Request Documentation & Reports – Suppliers must provide transparent records upon request.
📌 Mandate Corrective Actions – Non-compliance must be addressed immediately, or contracts may be revoked.

Failure to meet compliance standards may result in supplier removal from FLONIFY’s network.


9. Reporting Violations & Whistleblower Protection

Suppliers and employees must report any unethical behavior, labor violations, or misconduct confidentially and without retaliation.
