FLONIFY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE
1. Notification of Intellectual Property Infringement
At FLONIFY, we respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from our users and partners. If you believe that any content on FLONIFY violates your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a complaint through our Intellectual Property Complaint Portal. Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the authorized person acting on behalf of the intellectual property owner.
- Clear identification of the intellectual property being infringed, including any registration details (if applicable).
- Precise identification of the infringing material, including its location on our platform, so we can promptly address the issue.
- If the complaint involves a design patent, the patent registration number must be provided.
- If the complaint involves a utility patent, it must include the patent registration number along with a Court Order or Judgment supporting the claim.
- Your full legal name, company (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement confirming that you have a good faith belief that the material in question is being used without authorization.
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or legally authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, FLONIFY may take appropriate action, including:
- Removing or disabling access to the infringing material.
- Notifying the accused party about the action taken.
- Terminating accounts of repeat infringers, as per our Terms of Use.
2. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was wrongfully removed due to misidentification or error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your request must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Clear identification of the removed material and its original location before removal.
- Your contact details (full name, mailing address, phone number, and email).
- A statement under penalty of perjury confirming that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts and will accept service of process from the party that submitted the infringement claim.
If a lawsuit is not filed within 10 to 14 business days after we process your counter-notice, the removed content may be reinstated. FLONIFY reserves the right to reject counter-notifications filed in bad faith or without valid justification.
Copyright Ownership
FLONIFY and its affiliates hold exclusive copyrights and ownership rights over the FLONIFY website, mobile application, and underlying technologies. These intellectual property assets are protected under international and domestic laws.
Trademark Protection
The FLONIFY name, logo, and related branding elements are registered trademarks owned by FLONIFY Inc. across multiple jurisdictions. Use of these trademarks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Translation Disclaimer
FLONIFY provides automated translations for user convenience using third-party services such as Google Translate. However, translations may not be 100% accurate and should not be considered a replacement for professional human translation.
- Translations are offered "as is" without guarantees of accuracy.
- FLONIFY is not liable for errors, discrepancies, or misinterpretations arising from automated translations.
- The official reference text is the original version of the FLONIFY website. If discrepancies exist, the original version shall prevail.
