How to Track Your Order on FLONIFY
Tracking your FLONIFY order is quick and easy! Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Log Into Your Account
- Go to the FLONIFY website or app.
- Click Sign In/Register and enter your email or mobile number.
- Click Continue to access your account.
Step 2: Locate Your Orders
- Navigate to "My Orders" in your account.
- Click "View All" to see your order history.
- Find the order you want to track.
Step 3: Check Order Processing Status
- Click "Processing" to view order details.
- You’ll see the estimated delivery time.
- If available, you can select "Expedite Shipment" to speed up processing.
Step 4: Track Shipped Orders
- Once your order is shipped, click "Shipped" to check tracking details.
- You’ll find updates on the estimated delivery date.
- Click "Track" to get the latest shipping updates.
- If needed, select "Urgent Delivery" to request faster shipping.
Step 5: Resolve Order Issues
- If there’s an abnormality, click the alert notification for more details.
- Contact FLONIFY customer support for further assistance.
Step 6: Confirm Order Delivery
- When your order arrives, click "Received" in the order details.
- This helps confirm delivery and earns you Bonus Points!
Step 7: Submit a Review
- Click "Review" to provide feedback on your order.
- You can check past reviews or write a new one.
