We Want You to Love Your Order!

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, returning your item(s) is quick and easy!

Most items purchased from FLONIFY can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, as long as they meet the eligibility requirements below.


Return Eligibility & Conditions

Clothing (Including Wedding Dresses, Suits, and Formal Attire)

✅ Must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered
Original tags & hygiene sticker (if applicable) must be intact

Human Hair Wigs

✅ Must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
No evidence of washing, bleaching, cutting, or alterations

Shoes, Bags & Luggage

✅ Must be new, unworn, and undamaged
Original branded boxes & all accessories (e.g., shoelaces, buckles, dust bags) must be included
✅ Shoes should have only been tried on a soft, clean surface

Furniture

✅ Must be new, unused, and undamaged
Original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and all parts, must be included

Electronics

✅ Must be new, unused, and inactivated, with original packaging
✅ Includes: cell phones, laptops, tablets, projectors, gaming consoles (e.g., PlayStation, Switch), smartwatches, and earphones

🚨 If your electronic item was damaged on arrival, didn’t start, or malfunctioned within 30 days (not due to misuse), contact us immediately!
📌 Before returning electronic devices, erase all personal data per manufacturer guidelines.

Other Categories

✅ Items must be in original, unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with tags and original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

🚫 The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, cosmetics, pet products, customized items, and other items marked "non-returnable" on the product page.
  • Free gifts are non-returnable.

Return Process & Quality Check

1️⃣ When your returned item reaches our warehouse, we will inspect and test it to ensure it meets return eligibility.
2️⃣ If the item passes our quality check, a refund will be issued.
3️⃣ If the item fails the quality check, we will:

  • Return the item to you (for a $20 shipping fee) OR
  • Dispose of the item at no cost to you (if you opt for disposal).
    4️⃣ In certain cases, at our discretion, we may issue a partial refund for rejected returns instead of sending them back.

🚨 If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact FLONIFY Customer Support within 72 hours of delivery.


Return Shipping & Fees

🚚 First Return from Any Order: FREE
📌 Return Label must be used, and the return package must be postmarked within 30 days.

🚚 Additional Returns from the Same Order:
📌 You can still use the provided Return Label, but a CA$9 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
📌 All returns must be postmarked within 30 days.


How to Request a Return

1️⃣ Log in to your FLONIFY account.
2️⃣ Navigate to "My Orders"Find your order → Click "Order Details."
3️⃣ Click "Return Item," select the item(s) to return, indicate the reason, and proceed.
4️⃣ Choose one of the following for non-eligible returns:

  • Have the item shipped back to you ($20 shipping fee applies)
  • Have FLONIFY dispose of the item (free of charge)
    5️⃣ Select Refund Method.
    6️⃣ Select Return Method. Use the Return Label (printer required) provided by FLONIFY.
    7️⃣ Pack securely in the original packaging, attach the Return Label, and drop off your package at a designated location.
    8️⃣ Ensure the package is postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

📌 Each return label is valid for 30 days and can only be used once.

📌 If your Return Label expires but your item is still eligible for return, contact Customer Support for a new one.

📌 If you prefer to use your own shipping method, ensure the package is postmarked no later than 30 days from the delivery date.


Returning Items from Multiple Orders in One Package?

✅ You can combine multiple return-eligible items from different orders into one return package for convenience.

📌 Use the "Combine Return" feature to generate a single return label for all items.


How to Locate Your Return Label

1️⃣ Go to "My Orders"
2️⃣ Select the order with your return
3️⃣ Click "Order Details""Return & Refund Record""Save the Label"


Refund Process & Timelines

💰 Refund Issuance:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after your returned package has passed our quality check.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method or FLONIFY Wallet, as per your selection.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Processing Delays:

  • Due to transportation delays, refunds may take an additional 3-5 days to reflect.

Important Notes

🚫 DO NOT return items to the sender’s address on your package—it is NOT the correct return address!
🚫 DO NOT send back items not purchased from FLONIFY—we are not responsible for returning them to you.
⚠️ Ensure return items match your request details to avoid processing delays.
🚨 Excessive or unreasonable returns may result in FLONIFY rejecting future returns.
📌 If you used FLONIFY Points for your order, adjustments may reflect in your balance.
🛡️ Consumer protection laws vary by province. This policy does not limit your legal rights.
