Shipping Time & Processing Details
1ïžâŁ Processing Time: After placing your order, FLONIFY's warehouse requires approximately 1-3 days to process and prepare your items for shipment. You will receive a confirmation once your package has been shipped.
2ïžâŁ Delivery Estimates: While most packages are delivered within the estimated timeframe, factors such as transportation delays, incorrect addresses, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other external circumstances may impact your delivery date. Please check the tracking details for the most accurate updates.
3ïžâŁ Taxes & Fees: FLONIFY charges applicable taxes, including GST (Goods and Services Tax), PST (Provincial Sales Tax), HST (Harmonized Sales Tax), and QST (Quebec Sales Tax), where applicable, at checkout.

đč If your package has not arrived within the estimated time: Contact our customer service within 45 days from the payment date so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
đč For missing/incorrect items or delivery discrepancies:
- If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, OR
- If your order contains missing or incorrect items,
đ You must contact FLONIFY within 30 days of the delivery date listed in your tracking information.
