The following FLONIFY Rewards Program Terms ("Bonus Points Policy" or "Rewards Terms") apply to the FLONIFY rewards points system ("Points" or "FLONIFY Points"). By earning, using, or redeeming FLONIFY Points, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate in the FLONIFY Rewards Program.

The acceptance and use of Points are subject to our Terms of Use, which include applicable legal provisions and definitions. Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Use.

Notice of Arbitration & Legal Disputes

Some jurisdictions may not permit arbitration or class action waivers. Where allowed by law, your participation in the Rewards Program is subject to individual arbitration of any disputes, as outlined in the Terms of Use. By using FLONIFY Points, you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit.

General Information

The FLONIFY Rewards Program ("Program") allows registered users to earn Points, which may be redeemed for discounts on eligible purchases. By participating, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to comply with these Terms, including any updates or changes.

Account Requirement: To earn and redeem FLONIFY Points, you must have an active FLONIFY Account. Accounts that have been terminated or suspended from the Program are not eligible.
No Cash Value: FLONIFY Points hold no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or transferred to another user.
Eligibility: The Program is available for purchases made on FLONIFY.com and the official FLONIFY App.

How Do I Earn FLONIFY Points?

You can earn Points through qualifying activities, including:

Purchases: Earn 1 FLONIFY Point per $1 CAD spent on eligible items. Points are based on the final checkout price, including applied discounts but excluding taxes and shipping.
Order Confirmation: Points for purchases will be awarded after confirming delivery. If you do not confirm receipt within 6 months of purchase, Points will not be awarded.

Do My FLONIFY Points Expire?

Yes. Points must be redeemed within 12 months of earning them. A notification will be sent 30 days before expiration. Expired Points will be removed from your account and cannot be recovered.

Can I Use Points Across Different FLONIFY Platforms?

No. Points earned on FLONIFY.com or the FLONIFY App can only be used within that platform.

Where Can I Check My Points Balance?

In addition to purchases, you can earn Points through the following activities:

1. Confirming Your Account

Verify your email address upon registration to earn 100 FLONIFY Points.

2. Writing Product Reviews

Text Review Only → 5 Points
Review with a Photo → 15 Points
Review with a Photo & Size Details → 17 Points

3. Daily Check-ins

Earn Bonus Points for checking in via the FLONIFY App for 7 consecutive days. If you miss a day, your streak resets.

4. Participating in Events

Contests & Sweepstakes: Earn Points by participating in FLONIFY-sponsored contests.
Live Streams: Tune into a FLONIFY live shopping event for random bonus Points.
Social Engagement: Share FLONIFY styling photos and earn up to 07 Points per day. Featured posts may receive an additional 20 Points.

Redeeming FLONIFY Points

FLONIFY Points can be redeemed toward purchases at a rate of:

80 FLONIFY Points = $1 CAD discount
You can apply Points for up to 25% off your order total, excluding shipping, taxes, and fees.

Redemption Rules

The earliest expiring Points will be used first.
Points cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted to another loyalty program.
Unauthorized Points transfers may result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

Daily Point Limits

You cannot earn more than 8,000 Points per day. The table below outlines specific limits per activity:

Adjustments & Fraud Prevention

FLONIFY reserves the right to correct or adjust Points balances at any time, with or without notice, including:

Erroneous or fraudulent Point earnings
Unauthorized redemptions
Incorrectly awarded Points due to system errors

Accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity, including review manipulation, fake purchases, or artificial engagement, may be blacklisted and banned from earning Points.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

If an unpaid order is canceled, Points used will be refunded to your balance.
If an order is partially returned, Points will be adjusted proportionally.
If a return is processed after confirming receipt, earned Points will be deducted from your account.

Termination & Program Changes

FLONIFY may modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time, with reasonable notice.

You may close your account at any time without penalty.
If your account is terminated for any reason, all Points will be forfeited, and you will not be able to redeem them.

By continuing to participate in the FLONIFY Rewards Program, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.
