FLONIFY offers multiple secure and convenient payment options for purchases. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Accepted Payment Methods

Pay with Credit/Debit Card

We accept the following credit and debit cards:


✔ Visa
✔ Mastercard
✔ American Express

When using a credit or debit card, you must provide the following details:

  • Cardholder’s name (as printed on the card)
  • Card number
  • Expiration date (MM/YY)
  • CVV/CVC security code (3-digit on the back or 4-digit for AMEX)
  • Billing address matching the card details

FLONIFY does not store your credit/debit card details. For any billing-related inquiries, please contact your bank or card issuer.

Pay with PayPal

If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can log in and complete your transaction.

No PayPal account? You can still pay via PayPal by selecting "Pay with Debit or Credit Card," which allows you to enter your payment details securely.

Pay with Venmo

For Venmo users, simply:

  1. Select Venmo at checkout.
  2. Scan the provided QR code.
  3. Open your Venmo app to complete the payment.

Buy Now, Pay Later Options

Pay with Afterpay

Split your purchase into 4 equal installments:

  • First payment is due at checkout.
  • Remaining payments are automatically deducted every two weeks.
  • No interest or fees if payments are made on time.
  • Select Afterpay at checkout to apply.

FLONIFY offers coupons and rewards points to help you save!

  • Enter your coupon code or FLONIFY Points at checkout.
  • Click "Apply" before completing your purchase.
  • FLONIFY Points Redemption:
    • 100 points = $1 discount
    • You can use up to 50% of your total order in Points.

Sales & Use Tax Policy

1. What is Sales & Use Tax?

Sales tax applies to purchases made in certain Canada & U.S. states, as required by law. The tax is calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout.

2. How is Sales Tax Calculated?

  • Tax is based on the net order total, after all applicable discounts.
  • Some states also tax shipping and delivery fees.
  • The exact tax rate will be shown before completing checkout.

3. Is Sales Tax Refundable?

It depends on the relevant country's rules and regulations.

Colorado Retail Delivery Fee

What is the Colorado Retail Delivery Fee?

Effective July 1, 2022, Colorado requires a $0.27 Retail Delivery Fee for orders delivered by motor vehicle within the state.

  • The fee applies per order (not per item).
  • The fee is non-refundable, even if you return all items.
  • If an order is canceled before shipping, the fee will be refunded.
